Simple functions like exporting expenses into any ap platform chart of accounts doesnt work. The help line, is more like an Uber service. Its there, but it has no clue about the neighborhood its in. They arent divided into business segments to speed problem solving...its the box of chocolates approach. Its unfortunate, but the lack of robustness for very rudimentary reporting, support expertise & functionality drove me to switch to Certify instead. And despite any claims by harvest, IT DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH QBO!!!! The only thing from harvest that moves to QBO is the invoicing, and not ANY of the expenses. Which is the equivalent of claiming to be able to make it rain because you threw a cup of water into the air.
